Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Some exclusions may apply.
Respair only tests our products on humans and we proudly offer cruelty-free products. Our products have been tested since 2001 to ensure each product is safe, stable, and effective. Clinical testing determines each ingredient's effects on skin firmness, smoothness, anti-inflammation, controlling blemishes, long-term hydration, and protecting the skin's moisture barrier. Stability Testing: Microbiology, heat, cold, light stability, and container compatibility are tested before product release.
Dermatologist-Testing: Products developed for sensitive skin are tested, then reviewed and approved by board-certified dermatologists prior to release.
Ophthalmologist-Approved: Products used around the eyes are subjected to pre-market approval by qualified ophthalmologists.
Efficacy Testing: Every performance ingredients has documented proof of efficacy before it is released.
Each performance ingredient is included at dose-dependent levels. This means it is used at the clinically-tested amount to ensure optimal results without a prescription. Respair wants you to notice the expected results of each product so we only offer products clinically tested for performance. Our products are drug-free and performance ingredients are not overloaded to reduce inflammation while also maintaining product stability.
No. The reason for this is because there are no plant extracts currently available that meet both organic and chemical standardization guidelines to ensure results from each product featuring the extract. Efficacy of extracts can only be ensured through rigorous standardization processes, so Respair products only contain standardized extracts.
Yes. Respair has been paraben-free since 2009. Each product is formulated with a stable and effective preservative system that keeps it fresh for one year from the date it leaves the lab.
Respair products will never include MIT, Parabens, MEA, DEA, Mineral Oil, Paraffin, Lanolin, Beeswax, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Lauryl or Laureth Sulfates, Phthalates, Toluene, Talc, Triclosan, Benzophenones, Progesterone, Bovine-sourced ingredients, or Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives.
Respair products rarely include synthetic fragrances, synthetic colors, solvent alcohols, pore-clogging ingredients, petrolatum, and triethanolamine (TEA).
Respair does not rely on Over-The-Counter (OTC) drugs to treat skin concerns. We offer gentle, drug-free alternatives while delivering highly effective solutions for a variety of skin concerns such as acne or rosacea.
